Lorie went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything that was going on. She was very thorough with the loan details and took initiative to make sure our needs were met in what we could afford. She worked hard to deliver quality results and exceeded expectations by sending our loan for approval quickly so there was no lag in closing. Everything was presented so well the closing went off without a problem.
Kristin was very helpful during the entire mortgage process. We ran into a few hiccups but she was calm and helpful in solving every problem . I really appreciated her hard work and personal service in helping me achieve my mortgage.
