Mike Decanio did a fantastic job getting me approved and with a higher loan amount than expected. There were a few changes that needed to be made due to the circumstances involving two separate lots in the purchase. Mike handled it like a champ.
Dale was extremely helpful throughout the entire mortgage acquisition process. I am a first-time homebuyer who is easily overwhelmed by numbers and financial commitments, and it was invaluable to me that Dale clearly explained at every step just how feasible it would be for me to buy a house. He was so encouraging, friendly, helpful, and generous with his time, and he made the process easy for this first-time homebuyer!
Kim is amazing! She is very helpful to answer all questions and made the whole process go so smoothy. I wouldn't even consider anyone else in this area.
Greg with MIG is excellent! You won’t regret choosing MIG! Everyone that was involved in our loan process was knowledgeable and professional and treated us with the upmost respect. If/When we purchase another home Greg will be who I call first.
JT and Andrea were great to work with! We were able to do all the paperwork prior to closing online which really saved time. Our mortgage payment was right where we wanted it to be, actually slightly lower. I appreciated that they estimated high to give us wiggle room.
