My most recent home purchase was my second with Pete & company. Loren was my assistant this time. The whole process went super smoothly. They were always very understanding and accommodating of all my questions and made sure that I understood exactly what I needed to and wanted do. Communication was always super fast.
When you find a senior loan officer as professional and knowledgeable as JT, you find yourself returning to her time and time again for your mortgage needs. I had a wonderful experience with Pete and Loren with financing my first home purchase. Always quick to respond to inquiries. They were both very helpful! I had never been through the process before and expected it to be a long drawn out process but they both made it very easy and everything was clear and concise.
I got all the information I need to make sure this loan went smoothly and I was able to make an informed decision amongst the available options. There were no communication gaps and there was always immediate availability to help me with any questions or issues. They even printed out paperwork for me and had it ready to sign when I was in a bit of time crunch. Great team - thank you Pete and Loren!
