First off, Michael made the entire process an easy transition. I work out of the Country, and my wife found a home with enough space for all of our kids (finally), and I gave Michael a call and got the ball rolling. Even with the time and distance between us he always kept me informed of where we are at in the process and what was next. I would recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for a great guy who will work for you and make things happen to give him a call, especially if you are a veteran.
Dale was very professional and treated me with respect no matter what kind of questions I asked. He was very helpful when it came to completing the necessary forms. Dale is extremely knowledgeable about what is needed to get the loan approved.
We first tried applying for a loan with another bank. When they took over a week to get back to us, we contacted Michael upon recommendation from some family members. He had us approved within a few hours! He kept us well informed and answered every question we had. I was most impressed with his promptness in returning our calls and texts - even on weekends.
