Excellent team! With electronic files and email our VA loan closed in a month and it could have gone faster if we did need to get a particular letter, which was my issue.
Kristin and her team are amazing! Our VA loan was clear to close quick and easy, with no hidden obstacles. Emails and phone calls were answered within the hour, if not earlier. There is not one negative thing I can say about Kristen, Aubri, and the MIG group.
Pete and his team were very helpful and made the home loan process seamless. They were very responsive and helped push the process forward under a tight deadline.
Anyone looking to start a new mortgage loan I would highly recommend Lea Murphy. From the beginning of our loan process to the closing he was very helpful and prompt on getting things done for us. I am SO VERY HAPPY with Greg and his team and appreciate how wonderful they were to work with on the purchase of our cabin. MIG was not even on my radar until someone suggested I call Greg. So glad I did. Process was easy. People were professional, friendly and helpful. I'm a real estate agent, so have lots of lenders I work with and could have gone with any of them.
