My family and I are new to the Knoxville, TN area, and we were hooked up with Corey Freels at Mortgage Investors Group to get a loan for our new home. Corey is easily the best mortgage loan originator that we have ever worked with. There were no surprises, and we closed on time. I can't say enough about his knowledge of the process and attention to detail. Truly an outstanding experience.

MIG worked with us closely. They cared about every detail. They made sure we understood every part of the process. They sent helpful videos to explain. They emailed and called to make sure we were always on the same page. The process went a lot quicker than we anticipated, which we appreciated.
I was devastated when I was not approved by my previous mortgage company who I had been with for more than twenty years. I sold my house and needed to move out quickly, however I was retired and a widow when I applied for a new loan, and I was told I didn't qualify! I talked to my realtor who referred me to Fred and had no problem at all. He lead me through the whole process and was so quick and efficient we closed on time with no problems.
