Michael was so incredibly helpful throughout this process! My fiancé and I honestly had no idea how buying a house really worked, and Michael was there to help the entire time. He answered all questions and was able to help us understand the process. He is a great guy and great to work with!
Todd was very helpful. Everything was explained and I was very prepared. Everytime I called or emailed to ask a question he was able to answer in a timely manner.

J.T. and assistant Andrea have helped us close on two houses in the past two years -- our very first home and our most recent purchase that will, hopefully, be our last! Michael and his staff helped me and my wife purchase our home. We were residing in another state when we found this home and anytime we needed to meet with Michael he made the necessary arrangements, even if it meant weekends. His staff kept us informed constantly and was available to answer any questions we had. Thanks again Michael and staff!
He worked hard to get our home loan together and approved. My husbands self employed buisness owner and has alot of diffrent incomes and payouts Michael had no problem going thru all of them to see exactly how mych income we had to know what we could afford. He also told us about an online course to help prevent forclosures that helped with money down. He responded to all of my messages even tho i probably drove him nuts
