Working with Pete & Loren was great. They were thorough, responsive and gave great information throughout the process. I would definitely work with them again.
Very helpful. Stays in constant contact trhoughout the entire process. Very up front about all details. Most documents can be sent online and do not have to go in person to complete most steps.

I have used Pete and his team twice. Pete asks the right questions and works hard to get you qualified. Loren goes step by step with you until the loan is closed. She always goes above and beyond, and makes you feel like you are their only client. I will always continue to use Pete and his team.
As it turned out my daughter had just closed a loan with Greg and could not have enough good things to say about him and his staff. When I contacted Greg her remembered Brandy and her family was super to work with. Either he or his staff were right on top of things and always happy to answer questions. If I ever buy another house I will call him before I call anyone else.
Mr. Carter was very helpful and does a great job in explaining how the loan process works. I was very thankful and blessed to have had him guide me in purchasing my first home. He wants to see his clients happy and is willing to work with you whether he's sick or not at the office!
