Kim was what I was hoping for in a lender which was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Just tell her what you need and she will take care of the rest! Very simple lending process!
Mandy Henry and MIG was once again easy to work with and was always available to communicate even if we had a random question outside of normal office hours. This is our second loan with Mandy and both experiences have been professional, smooth, and fairly painless. Extremely patient especially considering first time home buyer jitters. They were willing to talk and clear my doubts all the time. Although several doubts remain it was good experience dealing with Mano Z Boyadjian team.
