I liked Jordan the first time we met over a cup of coffee. Before ever discussing my financing needs, Jordan took the time to get to know me, and without ever stating it, I could tell that this guy really cares about the people he works with. J.T. was professional and attentive. We were a bit of a handful, and we had a lot of surprises during our closing period (unexpected credit issues, moving closing dates, etc.), but J.T. was always a step ahead of us. She was easy to get a hold of, incredibly responsive, and a joy to work with. This is my second home purchase, and J.T. was head and shoulders better than my first mortgage broker. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Seriously- Pete Zaft and his staff are incredible. Between my husband and I- we own 8 properties and have plenty of experience with mortgage loans and the refinance process. Pete is a no nonsense guy who is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage business. I have used Mortgage Investors Group to purchase my last two homes. I always shop around for the best rates but inevitably come back to Pete. His team of Meredith and Lauren are a pleasure to do business with. Ever since I closed on my house, I have made sure to mention Shannon to everyone I know. She was proficient, helpful, and very sweet. Her assistant was equally helpful. They made my experience as pain-free and fast as possible. I wasn't the easiest client, but they treated me like I wasn't a bother. I truly appreciate everything they did to make my closing process as good as it was.
