Debbie saved us from a real life horror story. We were closing on a cabin in Pigeon Forge and using a mortgage company in our home town. The mortgage company missed 3 closing dates across 2.5 months (they had set the dates). This circus cost us $11,000.00 due to a price increase and misc expenses. I have used Todd to complete financings on my Friday 2 home purchases and look forward to using him again. The team is very easy to work with and very timely with communications.
Darin did our original loan and our refinance. Both experiences were wonderful! He kept the line of communication open thru the whole process and patiently answered all our questions. I never had to follow up with him or his staff. They always contacted me if they needed anything and to let me know we were on track. I would highly recommend Darin and MIG and frequently do to our friends.
