My husband and I are first time homebuyers in Chattanooga TN. While J.T is based out of Knoxville TN, we were able to do everything electronically. We had a very short timeline - 24 days from a contract to closing. Despite this, Dale was able to get the loan approved and made sure our appraisal came back on time. Very diligent on keeping in touch with things we needed to do, or when different steps in the process had been completed.

Shae was extremely helpful to my husband and myself during our home buying experience. My husband and I work opposite shifts at our jobs so being able to communicate with Shae through text and email was extremely helpful. Getting an estimate of costs for potential homes was as easy as texting her the addresses of the properties we were interested in.
