I understood the process from beginning to end, she was always honest with me, and was ALWAYS available when i had a question. I never do reviews, but you cannot go wrong with Kelley. Christin made the process of buying our house so easy! She explained everything and made sure we knew what was going on through the whole process. She responded fast to any questions we had. Christin was very nice and easy to communicate with! She got the job done fast and we enjoyed working with her!
I came into the deal having no idea what I was doing. Pete and his team walked me through every step; and never made me feel inadequate or feel inferior. They were knowledgeable; having answered every question, no matter if it was complicated or simple. Pete Zaft helped in every part of my deal; and made sure he advocated for me. He was able to get me the best rate and did everything he could to help me.
I still can't believe he was actually able to get everything done in time. Joe was on a tight deadline with the sellers or our new home and only had three weeks to get everything ready for closing. He was quick to communicate anytime he needed anything from us and was always very clear in telling us what we needed to do to get everything prepared in time. I couldn't be more pleased with Joe's services and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great loan officer!
We were very nervous about being first time home buyers. We didn't have the best credit score but Christin walked us through what we needed to do to get where we needed to be. She was very forward with the process and even answered questions for us on the weekend. She made the process simple and easy!

Joe, not only helped us get a good loan and rate he also explained the process as well as gave us three options that would be good for us and our needs. He was very easy to work with. He stayed with us until the final process and contacted us every couple of days to see if we had any questions or concerns. He did everything that was asked of him on both sides..there is nothing we would have changed.
