Time was accommodated to meet and she review all documents without rush. Even though, she was not at the closing date, but she provided assistance through her office and personal.
Dale is extremely easy to work with! His team aka Rachel is so helpful and friendly everytime I had a question. Dale really does guide you through the process to help ensure you truly understand what's happening at that stage. I would recommend Dale to anyone thinking about buying a house!
Shannon constantly kept me informed on where we were with the loan. She gave me multiple options at the beginning of the process. I believe we may have had record time in completing the loan.

Pete was very efficient and explained the entire process. He was always available any time any day via text or phone call or email. The entire first time home buying process went so smoothly. I would most definitely use Pete and his team in the future.
Pete and his team were extremely helpful, expedient and provided every piece of information through our entire process making it a smooth and comfortable transaction.
Pete did a great job of responding to questions we had throughout the process - he typically emailed us or called us within an hour, usually less. I also talked with other friends and associates who knew him and spoke very highly of him. He was a great guy and made us comfortable with the lending portion of buying a home.
Pete was very personable from the very beginning and was very forthright and honest with our financing availability. His team was available every step of the way and we very much valued his assistance.
