Chris and his staff exceeded our expectations with their efficiency and willingness to work with us on setting and meeting the deadlines for closing dates. I would not work with anyone else at this point. We worked with him on 2 home purchases and a refi.
Definitely recommend Daren. He's a great communicator and going above and beyond is his standard protocol. Daren coordinated my original loan and he convinced me to refinance and saved me $$$. Let him do the same for you!

The house I bought was a wonderful fixer upper that was just too much of a challenge for my Credit Union to want to finance. I have great credit, it’s the house that was the issue. Darren found me a lender that financed the house at the same rate that my Credit Union would have financed it at had it been up to their standards. He knows what financing is available, where to go and how to get to it efficiently. The buy was flawless. Thanks.
