We just closed on our home on 1/9/16....Thanks to Mrs. Brooks, the whole process was done Professionally and Quickly... If you are looking for someone who makes sure all the T's are crossed and the I's dotted, she is the one you need. She makes sure its done right the first time, so there are no delays. Gary helped me refinance my home in 2009 and it was pain free. We are in the process of building a retirement home and he was most helpful in advising us of the process in obtaining a construction loan and how the mortgage would be set up after the construction process was completed. Third house I have bought. The best experience yet. Excellent! Would refer MIG to anyone looking for lender .Very prompt and courteous service. The loan process, credit check, appraisal went through very swiftly indeed. Closing of escrow was under the thirty day time limit.
