Kristin was great to work with. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Even emailing me back after office hours. I was a first time home buyer so she had to explain a lot. She stayed patient and helpful throughout. I was able to get a fair rate and fees associated with the mortgage. Made the process very easy and I feel I was treated fairly throughout. Kandace is number 1 loan officer I have ever meet. She was very helpful. Whenever I called to find out about my paper work she was on top all the time. I would recommend Kandace to be your truly loan officer for your new or used home or refinancing a home.

We have purchased two homes and also refinanced our home with Kristin. She makes it so easy!! She responds immediately to all of my questions, and even suggests other ways to save time and money. Once, in a bind, Staci even offered to drive her laptop to me to access documents when my wi-fi wasn't working. I can't imagine using another mortgage lender.
