Pete Zaft is the BEST in the business, hands down. He gives my clients excellent service every time. I have never had a closing delayed for ANY reason when using Pete. From the very beginning, Robert was extremely courteous and helpful. He was in constant communication and when he was unavailable, he consistently replied back promptly. He worked diligently to procure the best available interest rate, even checking for better rates after he'd already "locked in" the then-best rate, ultimately getting an even better rate for our home loan. During the entire process, multiple forms were needed and he always kept us informed of the requests and reasons for the additional requested items.

We were refefferd to Robert by a relator. He sent me the links for pre-approval and we were approved and looking for home in no time. We ended up not using that relator and purchased a For Sale By Owner. He was so helpfull thru the whole thing. We had some hangs up during the process and he was able to walk me thru all of them and help get them resolved.

This was my second home purchase. I highly recommend Robert - he was available whenever I needed him, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get our loan closed in less than 3 weeks. He was personable and made sure I understood everything along the way. Closing costs were cheap with this group, and the service was leaps and bounds beyond the large mortgage company we used for our first home loan!
