I was referred to Autumn Lane at Mortgage Investors Group by a friend. She came highly recommended, yet still managed to exceed my expectations. Her knowledge of the loan process is superb and her payment estimates are very accurate. We closed on our house in less than a month, ahead of schedule. Autumn and her staff did an excellent job with our home buying experience. They are very prompt, courteous, and helpful. They made our first time experience of buying a home very pleasant and alleviated a lot of stress from my wife and me. We would recommend Autumn, Lynn, and MIG to anyone who is looking to purchasing a new home. They went above and beyond and even got our closing date moved up!

My wife and I have worked with Autumn twice over the past few years; buying our first home in 2009 then selling that one and buying another in 2014. Wow! Robert was VERY professional and competent. I have been through many loan processes and by far this was the most seamless and pain free. I have a complicated portfolio which would be challenging to many loan officers. Robert took the challenge and made it all happen. Thank you Robert!!!!

It was by pure chance that we connected with Robert, but I can think of no better person to help us through purchasing our first home. Robert was friendly, helpful, and made a lengthy and complicated process easy to understand. Being our first home, we felt we were truly at the mercy of the realtor, mortgage broker, etc. and Robert did an excellent job keeping us constantly updated on every development. The loan process was seamless from beginning to end with Pete and his team. Jennifer, Loren, and Pete worked perfectly together to make sure there were no hiccups in the loan process. We shopped a few different companies before meeting Robert and MIG. He was the most personable person we met. Everyone else sent us daily emails that we could tell were just templates they clicked send on, but Robert answered our calls, responded to our emails, and texts, and would just call us to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything, at anytime of the day or night.
