The loan process was seamless from beginning to end with Pete and his team. Jennifer, Loren, and Pete worked perfectly together to make sure there were no hiccups in the loan process. We shopped a few different companies before meeting Robert and MIG. He was the most personable person we met. Everyone else sent us daily emails that we could tell were just templates they clicked send on, but Robert answered our calls, responded to our emails, and texts, and would just call us to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything, at anytime of the day or night. With many different options, I reached out to Robert to guide me with my refinancing options. He asked specific questions about my goals for refinancing as well as my goals for the future. With those in mind, he presented me with a number of different options, discussing with me the pros and cons of each. Once I decided the right option, the MIG electronic document review system made the application and finalization process. Robert helped me complete my refinancing very quickly. I could not be happier.

All i can do is give Robert superb remarks,he was with us on our home purchase from start to finish.Anytime i needed a question answered he responded with a professional manner and had any of the answers i needed.This is my first home buying experience and i must say hearing from other people the process would be a nightmare to go through. Robert made the whole process from start to finish quick and easy to navigate through and manage with no problems.If i ever buy another home Robert is the man to deal with.
