It was a great experience working with Kristin. I have purchased three previous homes and found that applying for a long is a rather unnerving process. Kristin made it easy and pleasant. She was highly recommended by a mutual friend and I wasn't disappointed.
Working with Kim is like working with your best girlfriend from college. She is personable, knowledgeable and ever-so-helpful. Kim made my husband and I feel like we were her only clients, and if not her only ones, certainly her most important ones! Awesome experience! I would recommend Kim to anyone. Answered any question I had immediately. Very friendly and helpful. Even helped with finding insurance. Reaching her is always simple. Follow up was also pleasant, she made sure we were satisfied several times after closing. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else!!!

Kristen and her team were extremely helpful through the entire process, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone! We even had extenuating circumstances, having short sold our home in the city that we moved from, and Kristen was able to work with us and find a loan to suit our needs.
