Pete Zaft is the BEST in the business, hands down. He gives my clients excellent service every time. I have never had a closing delayed for ANY reason when using Pete. Nothing changes within what my clients are told up front and he gives them his best deal up front and not back and forth against another lender. You will not be disappointed! His staff is on the ball and communication is EXCELLENT.
From the very beginning, Robert was extremely courteous and helpful. He was in constant communication and when he was unavailable, he consistently replied back promptly. He worked diligently to procure the best available interest rate, even checking for better rates after he'd already "locked in" the then-best rate, ultimately getting an even better rate for our home loan. During the entire process, multiple forms were needed and he always kept us informed of the requests and reasons for the additional requested items.

We were refefferd to Robert by a relator. He sent me the links for pre-approval and we were approved and looking for home in no time. We ended up not using that relator and purchased a For Sale By Owner. He was so helpfull thru the whole thing. We had some hangs up during the process and he was able to walk me thru all of them and help get them resolved.
