I'm self-employed and have gone through the loan process a few time in TN. It's BRUTAL! Let's just say Donna and Kristin put all that to rest. They were beyond professional and efficient. I wish I would have found them years ago for my other purchases because they made it seem simple! I'd go on public record that they are the best damn team ever! I would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone who wants a smooth efficient process to getting to closing!!

There are not enough good words to say about Chad and how he helped us with our home buying process. He went and beyond with every step, let us know every step and what to expect, and kept us in loop constantly while answering all of our phone calls with more questions while not being bothered by it. You will not get a better loan officer than Chad Berry!

Brett Brandenburg and his team were fantastic! I highly recommend Cherith and her team. My husband and I purchased a home in Swainsboro in May. When everybody was dragging their feet to get us to closing. She stepped in and got us to closing on time! She made the home buying process super easy and stress free. I will most definitely be using them again in the future when it’s time to sell.
