Logan and his team at MIG we're always on top of what was going on with my loan. They always communicated if they ran into a snag with something and did everything they could to make sure we closed on time. Logan and his team we're all great to work with!
J.T. was able to get our closing done within 7 days after we submitted all our documents. We had gone to another lender and it took them 45 days and they still kept cancelling our closing date causing a lot of frustration. Plus, this other lender kept wanting more documents and adding more money to the closing cost/down payment. J.T. was able to get our down payment and closing costs where they should be and she and her team made the process very pleasent. Thank you all very much!
Logan worked miracles I feel to get our family into their home. He was very diligent on making sure that everything was in place. His communication skills were fantastic evening though I called a lot he was always nice and professional. His team did a great job
