This is not the first time I have used Jeremy and his staff and they are amazing. So easy to refinance or buy a new home, we have done both with Jeremy. He didn't have to come to our closing on our new home but he came and was there to answer any questions we might have. I highly recommend Mortgage Investors Group to any one needing this service. Jeremy and his were very timely. He and his team was also patient while answering frequent questions multiple times. They were personal and respectful. It was also very help that he had worked with our realtor multiple times. It allowed us to set up boundaries with what we were looking for and for and price ranges that understand. Being a local resident also allowed us to ask questions about safe neighborhoods and what steps we should take and who and where to go.
Jeremy and team worked hard for me and was always available any day any time to answer all questions. He walked me through the process got me the best rate and was there for me through the whole process. I'm self-employed and have gone through the loan process a few time in TN. It's BRUTAL! Let's just say Donna and Kristin put all that to rest. They were beyond professional and efficient. I wish I would have found them years ago for my other purchases because they made it seem simple! I'd go on public record that they are the best damn team ever! I would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone who wants a smooth efficient process to getting to closing!!

There are not enough good words to say about Chad and how he helped us with our home buying process.
