There are not enough good words to say about Chad and how he helped us with our home buying process. He went and beyond with every step, let us know every step and what to expect, and kept us in loop constantly while answering all of our phone calls with more questions while not being bothered by it. You will not get a better loan officer than Chad Berry!

Addison made a complicated process very straight forward and easy to understand. His communication skills are beyond excellent. He called, emailed and texted answers to all questions. He is polite and respectful. A smart man. We would definitely recommend.

Brett Brandenburg and his team were fantastic! I highly recommend Cherith and her team. My husband and I purchased a home in Swainsboro in May. When everybody was dragging their feet to get us to closing. She stepped in and got us to closing on time! She made the home buying process super easy and stress free. I will most definitely be using them again in the future when it’s time to sell.

J.T. and Andrea are an amazing team! I just finished working with them for a second time this past week, and my parents have used them three times in the past as well. We recommend J.T., Andrea, and MIG in general, to others all the time. They are easy to get ahold of, even on nights and weekend. They quick to answer phone calls and emails and are extremely helpful with the confusing and sometimes difficult homebuying experience. Will use again!
