When I finally decided on a house, I was still unsure of my decision. I prayed and asked God, “if this is the one for me, let all go smoothly without issues.” It’s been 20 years since I bought my last home and it was exhausting. Unfortunately Jeremy Livesay is already taken, but the home we wanted wasn't! As first time home buyers, we heard how hard it would be in this market, but thanks to their help we were able to find a place to call our own. And thanks to the constant contact and guidance from Jeremy and everyone at MIG we closed on time, and received good news along the way. No more renting for us! Jeremy & Brittany are seriously the some of the nicest people I have ever met! Jeremy has truly mastered his craft his knowledge was very valuable to us as we had no clue what this process would be like but he explained everything and walked with us thru every step. Without Jeremy being our loan officer I probably would have thrown in the towel half way through. I have worked with Lorie for several closings. From the beginning, she is quick to start the process. She has a lot of experience and can answer any question. She was able to do two different things for me that were out of the ordinary that saved me money. She was in constant contact with my realtor as the process moved along and I was able to close quickly. The online application can be overwhelming but Lorie and her team helped me with every step. I highly recommend her
