Kristie is one of the most genuine and kindhearted individuals I have ever met. She truly takes pride in her work and it shows. Aside from being a down to earth person she is extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer any questions my family and I had. She and her team were effective and informative throughout every step of the refinance experience.
