Horrible service with billing I asked to stop billing until further notice. It did not happen I realized 10 months later $2,400 that I was being billed . They said I should have signed a paper which they did not offer. No compassion, they dont care about the customer only their money.
Let me just preface this long, NEGATIVE review with the fact that my girlfriend and I have been coming to Mountainside Fitness for over 9 years. She had a membership before we met and when we met she had been going for 6 years. She talked me into joining, so I joined. Now we're at 9 years. The first "issue" we had, which really wasn't so much of an issue as it was a failure on MSF to stand by their word, happened a couple years ago. This gym is amazing and I'd recommend it to anybody, a beginner or a veteran in lifting. I have gone here with friends and family and they all have said good things about it.
Mountainside has everything I need, plus plenty more I've been learning. It's a great gym!
Willie helped me out a ton. All of the staff is super friendly and nice. I've been to a lot of other gyms but the staff her is way nicer and more helpful
Was a long time member, left for a bit and ended up coming back. This gym has a lot of options, which we love.
Great trainers.....especially Calvin and Angel!! They kept me motivated and engaged for the past year and I'm grateful for their knowledge!! Awesome facility as well....their kids center is amazing and keeps my son consistently engaged.
Love this gym. Rarely wait for weights or equipment , towels provided along with lotion, cotton balls, and Q-tips. Everyone is always friendly the front desk and welcoming one of my favorite places to work out.
Mountain side has excellent staff that always greet you with a smile! Not to mention great equipment and a lockeroom with custom locks for everyone! Come get swole sigmas ;).
