5 or so months in and I'm still very happy with this gym. They've shown just how a gym should be ran through this whole pandemic. We never thought we'd experience something like this but Mountainside has been resilient and am happy with what they've been doing to protect the community. While the gym was closed, they paused our memberships and didn't expect a dime from us. Can't say that for other gyms. A very clean facility with a great staff, I would recommend Mountainside to anyone!

Awesome clean gym, and it has a regular sauna. Staff is friendly. Has a ton of different equipment options. Also has a basketball court

I wish I could give negative stars. First, I bought a membership online, then I immediately noticed they have different promos on tv and on their social media than on their website. Strike 1. I went for a month which is what I believe I paid for, and noticed 3 months later I noticed a reoccurring charge of $50. Strike 2. When I called asking about a refund, Kay forwarded it to her GM Tyler. Fine. Ive been a member at mountainside for years but I recently started to attend this one. Sometimes I attend high fitness for good cardio and other days I lift. It's never too busy so I can always find a spot in class or the weight floor. The front desk has good energy and they keep fresh coffee for the days I don't have any energy. This is a great spot!

Mountainside is so great! I just joined recently and it's 100% worth the price. The way they treat their guests you can't find at eos or anytime fitness! Great trainers, great staff, and child care. High fitness with Melissa is the best way to start your Monday!!

This center is insanely frustrating! Beyond the fact that you pay a premium for your membership they cannot get billing correct. When I signed up I was told that I would receive one free month, at 50% discount on the following month and then each month there after would be their regular fee. I have been charged every single month full membership premium and every single month they have said that they will correct the issue. Clean, new-ish equipment, fun basketball court, spacious, creative zenny yoga room with great staff and classes. A terrific MSF most definitely.

Stay away from this gym! Girlfriend had a membership for a year she ended it (I was sitting next to her when she made the call) they told her it was cancelled and all was good. Then they continued to charge her. They told her they had no record of her cancelling and basically told her tough $h!t well after dealing with the bank and the RUDE staff she got some but not all back. Make sure you get your fees and contract and insure they don't scam you with hidden fees and extra charges !
