The food in the lounge was excellent! Majed took great care of us during our stay! We had a fast turnaround because we had a cruise booked so this was conveniently located to pier 88. If we sail from NY again we'll stay at Moxy.
The property is unique however, during my stay, only one elevator worker, and it took me over 20 minutes just to get down to the lobby every time I wanted to go down. It would have been proper for the hotel to offer something.
This is one of my favorite places to stay!!! Malik was great & helpful. Jorge the bartender was awesome! Majed, gave the best service I have had in the city in a very long time. I can’t stop bragging about this place. Love the vibe! Already booked my next stay!

They charged a $50/day fee $25 to use in their dining room which could not be carried over to the next day. The other $25? who knows. No real dining only eggs bacon avocado taters option with a $6 small latte comes to $24. And some snack options. Staff was good. Place was clean. But extra charges reeked of a scam
I thought staff was wonderful. My bathroom door was broken so we had to take a shower with the door open. Yes, I told front desk but it was never fixed.
