The property offered a credit basis of $25 per room to use at the restaurant, bar and snacks/drinks section of the hotel which was nice. A few small bugs in the shower. The room was decently sized for New York and had a comfortable modern bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable and housekeeping comes whenever you call them. We had an issue fixing the safe and the engineer came quickly.

This hotel needs a lot of TLC Hotel was run down. Lobby and elevators were very dirty. Main level where restaurant was not that clean either and furniture was very run down, rickety. Room was tiny and had very limited amenities. Toilet made a terrible noise after every flush that lingered for 2 minutes.
