Check-in was smooth and easy. Everyone was hospitable and helpful. The vibe of the hotel was great. Views were awesome (i appreciated the upgrade for a high floor). The rooms are very small and there isn't a closet but I still appreciated the decor. The music and lobby bar/game rooms were so dope. Saturday night brought a lot of people to Recreation. I would stay again.
Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The third floor with the bar and entertainment area was fun to hang out in. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend location but we wanted to be south for the ferry for the marathon.
The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but they struggled to rectify an issue with the lighting in our room. It took the 3rd day of our stay before they finally moved our room.
Ideally located, a hotel with a NY vibe Amazingly well located next to Ground Zero, Liberty Tower abd shopping. Great hotel with a vibe, small but very comfortable rooms, very nice bar / dining area. We loved the complimentory cruise tour to the Statue of Liberty, bikes…
It was great for 2 of us. The space was small but well designed. Definitely not great if we brought our family but perfect for our date weekend away. Clean, friendly staff, well located.
Front dest staff were amazing. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean but very small. Bathrooms are modern and clean but again, very small. The 3rd floor is the bar area where you get food, coffee, water, snacks and alcohol. It is open to the public as well. Has nice games such as ski ball and shuffleboard but the service was terrible. Took forever to get waiting on and then they never come back to see if you need anything. Disappointing. Wasnt for lack of staff. They were all just standing around.
