Generally great but some fundamental issues. The bar and restaurant staff were rude, unhelpful, and lazy. There would often be a couple of them standing around doing nothing while we were waiting to be served. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms, and the bar staff turned the coffee machine off at 8pm, so the only way to get hot water for a drink was by microwaving it, which is ludicrous. Comfortable stay with great vibe. There is a daily resort fee that can be spent in credits in the/bar restaurant; it would be good if this credit could be rolled over if not spent in one day. The housekeeping staff ignored the Do Not Disturb sign multiple times, which was intrusive. Great vibe, friendly staff. Very convenient for multiple subway lines.

Pleasant The bed is not very good, same with the sheets blanket, pillows they are pretty cheap The staff is very friendly and pro. The location is good. The bar is great, same with all the facilities and design. The non waisting aspect is good as well
