Bien Tener que coger dos ascensores distintos para poder subir a las habitaciones, era un fastidio. El personal de recepción no nos explicó muy bien lo de un “crédito de 25$” que teníamos diarios para gastar en varias cosas, y no lo usamos, pero igualmente al terminar nuestra estancia nos cobran 200$ más de lo que ya teníamos pagado… Me hicieron varios cargos sin saber cuáles son los conceptos. Will definitely recommend friends and family this hotel and will be an option for a future NYC trip Sometimes elevators were slow. We never got housekeeping, although they told us room would be cleaned after our 2nd night. Front Desk Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgrade because we were celebrating my partner's birthday. Bar/Restaurant staff was also very attentive and friendly. Great location near Fulton Center and WTC subway station. Room is in the small side, but it was clean and with a comfy bed.

Exceptional Le ménage pourrait être fait tous les jours. Mais comme nous sommes prévenu que c'est tous les 3 jours en général nous avons le choix de modifier... La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite. L'ambiance du bar lounge est géniale. La vue sur le pont de Brooklyn incroyable. Super rapport qualité prix. Le personnel très agréable et serviable. On reviendra
