Simply Fun and Cozy I think my favorite blue regret was not getting to the Moxy earlier to enjoy the hotel and the city more. It was a fun theme. Getting greeted with champagne was fun. The view and bed being comfortable. For a small room they really maximized the space with fun features. The lounge was great at night and in the morning it was a beautiful snowy view!
Disappointing Low water pressure - sink did not evacuate well - had to request towels in right number everyday - Breakfast was questionable - cleanliness of breakfast area was not ok Location
It’s a hostel with a better shower. Noisy, not very clean.

I tried to check in and they didn’t have a room they sent me to another hotel I had to move to another property at my arrival No rooms
The room felt dirty (the bathroom, the floor, the bed) poorly clean. Beadtroom floor with dust and a lot of hair The room was very very dirty. I didn’t complain because it was only one nite… but if i could choose other hotel I would if The common areas where nice
Disappointing
beware The hotel never returned the deposit of 100$ (it has been a month since I checked out), they don't answer e-mails. It is simply a theft.
Good location, not the best otherwise My friend that was sharing the room with me checked in ahead of time and got our keys for the room and also paid for the deposit and other city charges that applied at check in. When I came to get my key later they said I needed to pay that. It was not until later that my friend and I realized we were double charged.
