There is very high turnover at this establishment - which results in chaos by the time you arrive. Check-in was horrendous. Line-ups were disorganized. I had an issue with my card - and was refused to check in - despite offering alternative methods of payment. While I could have opted to stay another night, I was so turned off by the experience - I went elsewhere. Did the job, but poor service and operations Food was not great. The whole resort fee becomes a food and bev is weird. Room wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after check in. Got locked out of my room early. Manager did comp a night as a sorry. Recreation is a nice bar. Fun activities. Rooms are minimal. Not the most comfortable bedding but fine. Toilet was not stable (sounds crazy, but literally shook when you sat on it). Good value though.

OVERCHARGED The room never got warm, no matter how long I left the heat on, which was frustrating. Additionally, the cleaning staff removed a shopping bag that had my personal notes and the bag for my coat inside, which was disappointing. I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the destination fee, and I was also told I could use credits from it—yet, in the end, I was actually charged.
