Manque un placard pour les vêtements Chambre au 27eme étage avec superbe vue sur le quartier de wall street, très bonne ambiance au bar (jeux, cocktails…), chambre un peu petite mais avec une belle salle de bain, proximité avec le mémorial du 11 septembre, personnel très sympathique (jeunesse), localisation parfaite ! Quartier calme
Wonderful The amenities and service was excellent, had no trouble checking in or getting help when I need it. Staff is very friendly and the room was so much better in person, loved it.

Pleasant No kettle to boil water nor cups for drinking in each room to make instant coffee when you wake up in the morning especially during winter times, it so cold! you have to buy your coffee from the hotel that is so expensive or from the shops outside instead. Which is very inconvinient. Nice and Friendly staffs!

Nice hotel We stayed in several hotels in New York and this was the same price as others but the rooms were dramatically smaller than other hotels. You could also be waiting quite a long time for the lifts Really good location Beds were comfy and rooms were clean
