Super happy with my stay! Such a nice hotel! Clean and modern rooms, service minded staff and great flexibility. Close to the subway and a nice area. I'll definitely come back!

The staff was very nice and accommodating to us! Our room was clean as well
For 500 a night certain amenities should be part of your stay. No body lotion in the room? No coffee. I mean a single keurig is cheap and easy -,especially since it takes forever to get an elevator to get down to the restaurant. Lastly they give you two bottles of water and charge you 6.00 a bottle. A bit much considering 500 a night plus another 60 I paid to park. I think there are better options for the money.
Overall good experience, reception team could be more clear communicating information regarding conditions and extra payments.
10/10! I will definitely stay here again or the other Moxy locations when I come back to NYC!
