Staff is amazing here, made the experience 10x better. Great hotel, fun lobby/bar and accommodating staff. Perfect stay!

The hotel was really funky and designed in an industrial style. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Absolutley everything. The hotel staff couldn't be more welcoming, the location of the hotel is just perfect. I regret not having discovered this hotel sooner. I found my new NYC place to stay ❤
We really liked the hotel, everything was clean. Near everything. The only downfall is that there was no affordable parking options near, and the elevators were taking way too long. 25 minutes wait on checkout morning, that is insane ! We can't go down 10 stories with big luggages. Otherwise, everything was perfect !
