I went in to pick up my tag and license plate and had no issues. I also had a nail in my tire and they took care of it right away. Frank had great customer service!

I had a tire issue I repaired not remembering I had this cover. Once it was brought to my attention I contacted MPP explained what happened. They had me email them the information and are cutting me a check. They did make it clear I have to call for approval first next time. Ms. Chapman was very helpful and polite.

I got a nail in my tire and Del Ray Acura in FL fortunately included tire replacement on my lease Acura MDX. So thankful they did this. One tire cost $238.00. MPP approved the repair once they go a picture of the nail in the tire. It couldn’t be patched or plugged because of the location of the nail on the side of the tire.
Very timely - got me in and out very quickly so I could get back to my office.
