My 2016 Chevy was getting an oil change of course they found a problem the water pump bearing was bad Told the dealer I had MPP insurance Dealer contacted MPP and took care of repairs on the same day I paid the deductible but I had to pay for a new serpentine belt which is considered a wear item This warranty is good
