Did not have any problems with my claim. I thought I was because I just helped my daughter with her warranty claim from another company and they took forever to get it approved. She was without a car for a month . My mechanic did not have any issues contacting them so my car can get fixed in a timely matter. Thank you!!
Warranty service satisfied with services provided by MPP and Honda team Chris made it happen and explained steps being taken as I waited in lobby to keep me informed. Happy Customer 2025 replaced my tire with a New one as recommended / needed without an appointment apx 2hr wait with extreme traffic of at least 15 cars before me. Thank you!

VAN Chevrolet service department always aims for excellence and always work hard to make sure customers are safe and well taken care of. With all of the new technology, sometimes it takes more than one visit to rectify something, but they are patient and steadfast until the problem is resolved. From Scott D*** in the sales department to Dakota in the service department, they have a great team to help make the Van Chevrolet experience everything you would expect it to be. It’s hard being the best! But they make it look easy.
The dealership was able get the go ahead on replacing my tire within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied with tire being replaced.

Waiting time was minimal, staff was friendly… waiting for vehicle , while it was being worked on, was average. Got to eat a taco , while I waited for my vehicle. Then a porter came to get me when my vehicle was ready, he explained, in detail, everything that was done to my vehicle. I was satisfied. Thanked him, and went on with my day.
