We have used Mr Air Repair and were very happy with their service. Punctuality and Highly professional. Also, very easy to communicate with. They, again, provided excellent service and we intend to use them again.
My experience with Mr. Air Repair has been positive. They are always responsive and show up as scheduled. Their monthly AC maintenance program is very worth it.
Communication was really good. The technician arrived on time and communicated well during the time window. However, u recommended me for a fix that cost 1500$ (probably a replacement instead). While another service came fixed it on the same day with 100$ and I had heat back that night. I appreciated your best recommendation but sometimes u may also need to give customer all possible options even though it's cheaper
