AC went out on a sunday and Mr Air scheduled and showed up the next day to repair the unit. Within 30 minutes figured out what was wrong and had the unit working again. Definitely recommend their service.

Worst Company. I called them a month ago that my AC is not cooling properly during day time then they came the same day an recommended that my thermostat is bad and I need to replace my Drain kit and thermostat. When they arrive AC were working so they sold me 1 year maintenance program for cleaning. Few weeks later AC again stop cooling and I called them and they replaced Drain kit and thermostat which i DONT NEEDED. Bunch of crooks. The tech loosened up my AC screw and emptied the freon. Called me and sait it would cost me 600 dollars to refill it. The AC was working fine 2 hours before he showed up. Didnt trust him and called another AC company . They showed up and said the screws were loose and there were literally no freon in it. Do not trust this company
Very high quotes. Technician checked our refrigerant and said it was empty. Then left with our HVAC disconnected outside and off. All equipments still attached to HVAC. On the positive note, I’m giving a star for friendliness and putting covers on shoes.
Very expensive they charged almost $400 for a part that cost$15 it only took ten minutes to fix I guess when it’s 108 degrees you can charge those prices
Trent just changed out the capacitor in 15 minutes and charged me $400 for it. He wanted to charge $450 initially but I was told that the service fee of $49 would be waived if the job was done. The pricing was not even disclosed before the job was started. Would definitely not recommend this business. They bait you with a $49 service fee and then charge you hundreds of dollars for a job which cost less than half the price. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with this company.
