Very high quotes. Technician checked our refrigerant and said it was empty. Then left with our HVAC disconnected outside and off. All equipments still attached to HVAC. On the positive note, I’m giving a star for friendliness and putting covers on shoes.
Very expensive they charged almost $400 for a part that cost$15 it only took ten minutes to fix I guess when it’s 108 degrees you can charge those prices
Trent just changed out the capacitor in 15 minutes and charged me $400 for it. He wanted to charge $450 initially but I was told that the service fee of $49 would be waived if the job was done. The pricing was not even disclosed before the job was started. Would definitely not recommend this business. They bait you with a $49 service fee and then charge you hundreds of dollars for a job which cost less than half the price. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with this company.
