Get directionsThe electrician came out and looked at my porch light and change the light bulb. I told him that is what the other electrican did but my light would work for a while then stop. The same thing has happened. My front porch light is not working now.
I'm not getting what was promised. Sub-par and unfinished work.

We were shocked when we received the bill it was $500 for just diagnosis and replacing a light switch. This is unfortunate because the serviceman himself was really professional and very like able.

The electrician was very nice but he was not knowledgeable about the types of switches/dimmers that would be compatible with my lighting job. This required several trips back and forth to Home Depot to confirm switch compatibility after an earlier attempt to install dimmers that were incompatible. The job ended up being only 60% complete because the switches were not able to meet my requests after being initially assured that "he knew exactly what was needed." I would not use this company or recommend anyone to use this company because they do poor work and when they do get a good employee in, they quit working for them, so they end up with a poor staff, so I have work that still needs to be done that I've already paid for, they will not show up for other appointments and they will not uphold their warranty for the job.

We have 7 different service request for your location ranging from September 2016 to January 25 2017. During this period it looks as though we have actually made on location with the customer twice, once an estimate for some repairs, once for minor service and then the other 5 have been 2 cancellations on same day by the customer and 3 times we arrived as scheduled and unable to reach anyone on location while we were on location. Lead, labor, material, fuel and tax cost consume nearly all every job. The experience was ok, but the work got the overhead light working but we still have a problem with dimming and the light flashing.
He charged me $403 for an hour's work. My brother asked him why he didn't run the wiring along side the plumbing wiring - under the paneling, and he said "it's hot in the attic, and it's out of your way; isn't it!" My brother will have to redo this job, now, after paying this "professional" The inspector said he did a barely passable job and agreed with my brother that he should've run it like the customer asked.
