Took a day off work to meet electrician, no one showed up. No one called. I finally called them at 5:00 and was told "oh, he got held up on another job" Their web site brags about "on time service" and "we'll call if we're going to be late" So we wasted a day of work for nothing. When the electrician showed up the following morning he very professional and did good work. I think 240 dollars to replace one outlet is outrageous and I would not pay that again
