I first decided to contact Dr Munk after listening to him on CJAD on one of his regular 1hr shows. His demeanor & "beside manner" struck me as someone I could have confidence in & decided to call for an appointment. I was not disappointed! Whilst I was there about the treatment for the many patched of dry skin on my scalp (typically diagnosed as pre-cancerous lesions) , he was quick to spot a small growth on my cheek which had started as a mosquito bite that never completely healed & had been subsequently diagnosed by my cur... read more
Je tenais à évaluer ce médecin pour que les personnes qui désirent prendre RDV sachent a quoi s'attendre ! J'ai pris RDV pour se faire enlever des acrochordons. Je suis sortie de sa clinique avec une évaluation de chose à faire ( belkyra, PRP, laser, skinbooster ) pour un total de 6000$ . En plus de me faire un tour dans sa boutique de produits pour l'achat d'une crème de 195$ Et une visite de 180$.Je ne recommande pas ce dermatologue il est très commercial sans aucune conscience morale.

He wanted to charge me to burn off some spots on my head from pre cancer of the sin, and the funny part is, I found another Dr. WITH MUCH MORE EXPERIENCE WHO DONE IT FOR NO CHARGE. Dr. Munk does practice dermatology outside of medicare, which means that there are fees for consultation, as well as for services provided in the clinic. Our priority is always to ensure top quality care for our patients, but there are additional fees involved depending on the procedure that is required.
Staff is pretty much friendly. Easy to get the appointment. However, he arrived 30 min late without any excuse. Friendly buy he didn't make a deep check, he was more interested in offering the cosmetic services offered in the clinic. He told me there was no test to confirm my situation, which there exists! Seriously, a lousy professional!

We often offer same day procedures, but this will sometimes unexpectedly delay the schedule. Dr. Munk tries to practice medicine with integrity and competence.
