I easily made an appointment online to test drive a 2016 Pathfinder, and choose my sales rep. An email and VM message confirmed the appointment. My sales rep was friendly, attentive, answered all questions and is very professional. She knows her cars! Kenzie took me for my test drive. She helped open and close all the doors, test the lights, heated seats, sunroof, etc. We were back at the dealership and signing paperwork in 27 minutes flat. This was THE car I was looking for. When I arrived at my opponent they took my car right in . Jerrmy listen to me about my car they kept me informed all the time that I was waiting for my car .Tv snack drinks . They tex me to let me know what I needed to be fix on it and I was the one to decide whether or not I wanted those items fixed on my car so you could give them the approval or non approval you could always tex directly while they're working on your car. They had the car finish when they said they would I will be back

Took 4 hours for basic service with an appointment.

Thank you for your feedback, looks like there was a rear camera software update, Oil change tire rotation, air filter, wiper blades, cabin filter, alignment and replaced one tire. yes probably 4 hrs. was a little long for that amount of work but Fridays are our busy days of the week. but thank you again for your feed back
