After calling to check on the vehicles availability on Friday evening, the salesman Zack, recorded and sent us a video, first introducing himself and the dealership, then covering the entire car as it sat. I spoke with Walt concerning financing Saturday morning, as I wanted to verify everything BEFORE driving the 3 hours to the dealership. When we arrived on Saturday early afternoon, they were ready and waiting for us! EVERYONE was friendly and spoke to us both as we walked in AND while we were seated!! Car was prepped, paperwork was mostly completed... We took our test drive, waited for all the finalizing (less than 20 min), then met Nicole for the final signing!! Excellent service from start to finish!! Best price I could find on comparable cars, hence making the 3 hour drive! Last year we bought a car online and I SWORE I'd never go to a dealership again... these folks changed my mind!! I recommend Rhythm 100%!!!

I requested info on a vehicle Friday evening. Zack responded and we texted a bit. A few minutes later, I received an email with a video attached. Zack introduced himself, the dealership, then did a complete walk-around, inside and out of the car. Saturday morning, I talked to Walt in finance with some concerns before making the 3 hour drive to Nashville. When we arrived, EVERYONE we passed spoke to us!! Walking through the CROWDED showroom (this place is CRAZY BUSY on Saturday!!) literally anyone that works there said HI! They had the car ready and the paperwork as complete as they could without final negotiations. After our test drive, we met with Nicole for final signing of everything and she was great as well! I bought a car online last year and said I'd never buy from a dealer again... but these folks changed my mind! EXCELLENT experience from start to finish! I highly recommend checking with them before you make a purchase... the best prices on the nicest cars make it worth the drive!

Smoothest car buying experience ever. Scott Bonack made sure everything was taken care of and even delivered the car to us when our busy schedule didn’t allow us to make it to the dealership. He even offered to pay for bread when I sent my husband on a test drive errand and he forgot his wallet. Ask for Scott, you might leave with a car AND a loaf of bread!
