While there were some issues initially, the dealership made sure to make everything right. They have since followed up and checked on things. As issues have popped up, they've done the work to make sure the car is working properly.

Stacy has been a wonderful addition for this service center. She communicates and follows up both when she says and to check in to ensure no new issues have popped up. There was an error with parts that occurred and Stacy was quick to find a resolution that worked for everyone. Communication has long been a struggle since I purchased my car, but Stacy has me hoping for continued improvement for this service center. Highs and Lows of My Service Experience Today I arrived early for my scheduled service appointment and was promptly greeted by Taylor in the Service Department. Great experience. Recommended
Wasn't fixed right the first time, was greatly improved the second time (alignment and steering wheel angle) but still not exactly right - vehicle has slight drift to right and steering wheel is slightly cocked to the left. Having a lot of trouble getting this sorted out. Personnel are very nice though and I will be returning to the dealership for service. Its just for this particular service, I could not give them five stars when there were problems.
