Grateful for a very positive and enjoyable experience purchasing a new Hyundai. Staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, and the entire process was clear, expeditious, no-nonsense, and pressure free. Jim Lunsford and Steve Bubel, in particular, are great people to work with. Highly recommended.
UPDATE: The GM called me, and they're taking care of EVERYTHING. As someone who has owned 31 cars in 25 years of driving, I know that not everything is perfect sometimes so I'm changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review. They are making things right and that really matters. They were also able to overnight ship my paperwork and I was able to register the car with no penalty (on the last day). I have told all of my friends about how great of an experience I had at this dealership! I spoke with Alex Cunningham about a few cars I am interested in and he was just the most cheerful and eager to help salesman I have ever spoken with.
