It was my luck to work with Dean on my home purchase journey. I initially contacted 5 lenders for the mortgage but I was really impressed with how Dean taking care of his client. He helped me understand clearly the process and consulted me throughout the way. He also made sure I can get the best deal with the lowest costs. I will definitely contact Dean again first when I am in need of refinancing or purchasing another home. Thanks Dean again for the best financing experience ever.

Dean is amazing - he is so helpful and approachable . I have previously done financing and refinancing several time but with Dean - it was the best experience. We were able to close the house in short time and he gave me confidence so I don’t stressed . I will definitely return to Dean if and when I decide to refinance. I would recommend him without any reservations.

Items from underwriter seemed to have asked for more information that could have been ask originally. Meaning, it was not new requirements based on information already provided.

Dean was patient, communicative, and a great partner through the whole process for our first home purchase. His up-front style in getting rates locked was comparitively refreshing, and he and his team were great in getting us closed on time (and it was fast!)
