It was great up until the point where a bait and switch was pulled on the interest rate. Then we found out that even though we were told we wouldn't make the new mortgage payment for two months, it was due in a month. I chose MoO based on the rate and the fact we didn't have to start new payments for 2 months - both didn't pan out the way they were supposed to.

There were a few flaws along the way. I guess it wasn’t his fault, but it was my experience. I felt a bit rushed. Everything was coming at me so fast. I work a fill time job and couldn’t dedicate enough time to what was happening.

Less stop and go. Mulitiple appraisals. Multiple different ways to get approval which then didn’t work. Requirement of multiple reports to update due to mortgage company’s not closing on time

Keep up your promise of a certain rate. Dont Go changing it without letting customers know Also charging for home appraisal twice. One upfront then adding it to closing cost again. Thats robbing your customers
